Come and meet other mums-to-be and enjoy gentle yoga tailored to pregnant women.

Learn postures, relaxation and breathing techniques which will help you through pregnancy, birth and for the mothering to follow.

     The classes are open to pregnant women in their second and third trimester (from 15 weeks). 

     Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, pillow and anti-burst yoga ball if you can. (These can be provided, please call)

     Preferably don’t eat a large meal for at least 2 hours before coming to class, a light snack is fine.

     The 6 week courses include the following topics:      Pelvis and pelvic floors, Optimal Foetal Position (OFP), Labour - first stage, Labour - second stage, Pain relief in labour and an overview of the course.

If you are in your 3rd trimester (24+ weeks) then you can start at any time through the course and pay for the remaining sessions.  If you are in your second trimester (15+ weeks) then you are welcome to join the start of the next course.
